At Instacre8tion, we are committed to providing high quality, customized print products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and returns.
Custom and Personalized Products
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, all sales are final once the design is approved and the product is produced. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for:
- Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., spelling errors, wrong dimensions, or design approval).
- Slight color variations due to differences in display settings and print production.
- Products damaged after delivery.
Exceptions
Refunds or reprints may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged products: If your product arrives defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to process a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect order: If we made an error (e.g., wrong product or design), we will promptly correct it at no additional cost to you.
How to Submit a Request
To request a refund or replacement, please email info@instacre8tion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.
Design Review Responsibility
We strongly encourage all customers to review designs carefully before approval. Once approved, your product will be printed as per your specifications.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the product is damaged or defective.
